Today, CrowdEngineering announced the appointment of Wesley O'Brien as their new CEO. O'Brien replaces their interim CEO, Ron Guerriero, who has served since September 2012.
In his 25 year career, Wes O'Brien has held a variety of executive roles in customer service, technology, and business process outsourcing (BPO) companies. O'Brien joins CrowdEngineering from his position as Senior Vice President of Business Development for SITEL, a $1.3 billion customer services provider.
