You may or may not have seen the Crowdopolis poster that's been lurking around our site, the one with the gigantic silverback towering above Metropolis. It's time we answer your questions & reveal what lay behind our mysterious poster. Are you ready?... Are ya sitting down? Ok.
It has been interesting getting your reactions to this poster. No, Crowdopolis is not a crowdsourcing platform, it's not a brand of filtered cigarettes, and it's not a new cult out in Iowa that embraces crowdsourcing (yet...).
It's a major crowdsourcing conference. It's happening July 2012 (in Los Angeles), and we're hosting it. Tah dah!
We've brought some major players to the stage, but we'll leave those details for later. We want to develop this conference with you, so we'll be making the whole process transparent.
