Daily Crowdsource is pleased to announce our newest member of our growing Crowd Leaders team, Tom Vroemen, Director of the Dutch, debt-based-crowdfunding platform CrowdAboutNow.
Tom Vroemen has always had a passion for helping people become investors in small businesses. He encourages small business investing by creating programs that allow individuals to make small investments that can make a huge difference for start-up companies.
To continue to champion for small investments and start-ups, Tom Vroemen has been working as Director of CrowdAboutNow. CrowdAboutNow allows its users to invest as little as 10ÂŁ (or approximately 15$) to start-ups registered on the site. Vroemen's work is allowing anyone to become a thoughtful investor in start-up companies while giving entrepreneurs access to much needed resources.
His first article will give a European perspective on the legislation of crowdfunding for businesses. The piece is three things: interesting, timely, and helpful for businesses looking to harness the power of crowdfunding.
