Innovation crowdsourcing, the act of engaging a crowd to develop and implement new ideas, is one of the most promising and least understood aspect of crowdsourcing.  It is a variant of contest crowdsourcing and yet it pushes beyond simple contests into multiple level markets.  This podcast is a first attempt to define and explain this aspect of crowds.
